M-SURE - THE CIRCUS - ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

We took an extended warranty on our Hyundai H1 when we purchased it 7 years ago. Our gearbox gave us issues and we put in a claim. Our car went into Hyundai on the 7th January, then moved to Mayfair Gearbox, it has been there is since 9th January and is now almost ready after the repairs have been done. The assessor still has not gone out to assess and they came back and quoted a clause saying we had, had to have the car serviced at a factory (dealer) approved mechanic, we used RMI approved and therefore they will downgrade our policy and only cover up to R 17500 of a R 54000 claim. We immediately asked for a signed copy of our contract, to this day - 5 weeks later - they are still looking for it. Waldo the team leader has said he has escalated this on Monday (10th Feb), but as of today we still have no response. It baffles me as to how you cannot produce a contract, unless they are reluctant to produce it because the clause they are quoting was not part of our signed contract and we have fulfilled our obligation, but they are trying to dodge theirs. Shocking service!!! Steer clear of M-Sure.
