M-Sure takes your money and never pays out!

M-Sure is one of the worst insurance companies to deal with. I would never have signed up with them but I had no say because they took over my insurance from Regent... I tried to communicate this to Ford who sold this deal to me when I bought my car but of course it's not their problem and they already had their money. I submitted a claim for a scratch on my rear end, I sent clear pictures of the claim and they shared their list of dealers from whom I needed a quote. I went through all the effort of getting these quotes, all the dealers I went to warned me about them and said they the worst and will never pay, and it was confirmed yesterday when I received this clearly generic mail saying claim rejected. Why the hell make me go through all that trouble only to reject it and when I ask why it wasnt rejected from the start and save me all my time and effort, they fail to respond! Don't waste your time with this company...
