M-Sure should be M-S..t

M-Sure is like many other insurers, in that they are quick to take the customers money, but it is at claim stage that you find the true worth of a company. I have regrettably taken a warranty on my vehicle through M-Sure. I am claiming for a starter motor for my vehicle because mine is faulty. Now this Sello Phetla the "Claim Technician" writes to the dealer wanting pictures of the failed components and photo's of the removed parts. Do they think that I am making this up? When I speak to this Sello, he does not give me a chance to speak, only when I raise my voice.

Shocking, shocking, shocking, take the customers money but now we have to prove why we need a new starter motor, apparently these days a report from the motor vehicle repairer is not enough. These clowns want photo's!!!

Have you ever??? My suggestion is not to insure with M-Sure, unless you want a run around at claim stage.
