M-SURE service is truly pathetic!

i have logged a complaint with M-sure with Nthabiseng Mpila. She advised that my query was sent to the comlaints department as well as her teamleader on my query. my query is as follows: I have paid R3 495.00 for the policy NOT R1 945.00. Your back end agreement with the dealership is your own problem and should not be passed down to me.

I required a refund of R3 495.00 less 1 month deducted from my amount as i paid for the 24 month policy upfront. I should be refunded R3 000 plus. They only want to refund me R1945.00 as the remainder of the amount was paid to the dealership as commission. As a customer i must now forfeit the the amount paid to the dealership as commission which i do not think is right! i need my full refund minus any pro rated amount for the months i have been activated.
