M-SURE ****!
M-Sure refuses to pay legitimate claims. They frustrate the process so much by continuously asking for new paperwork and shunting on from pillar to post. They are administrators so not the direct insurer but obviously get paid on how many claims they DONT pay...DO NOT USE ANY INSURANCE COMPANY THAT MAKES USE OF M-SURE TO ADMINISTER THEIR POLICIES.
