M-SURE Poor Administration

I am an essential emergency employee, my vehicle went into a workshop just before lockdown and the workshop submitted documents for registration to this company, a few weeks ago, on following up only did they realise that they missed the application, then they insisted the workshop register with a subsidiary company as well, now they want photos of the tools. Like really, the workshop is RMI Approved, by asking for single items at a time you are delaying the repair to me vehicle which I need to render and essential service. I do not recommend M sure to any person
