M-Sure Pathetic service

I bought a car from a dealer in centurion and the dealer gave me warranty with M-Sure , now the car have issues with electrical components and air conditioner but M-Sure told me the are not covered on the policy. Electrical component and air conditioner is written in black and white in the policy but I’m told is not covered when I make a claim. What a pathetic service we get from M-Sure , guys never accept warranty from this useless company.
