M-Sure not so Sure

I sold my vehicle in 2022. Spoke to Pauline Basson she made me jump through hoops to get my policy cancelled. When I check my account again I find there still debit order going of and upon enquiry found the policy was never cancelled May 2024. I requested them to cancel the policy got a letter to say its cancelled but my refund has now disappeared into the ether.
