M-sure - No Response.

The long and the short of the short of the situation is as follows: I purchased a Renault Clio from Kia Nigel 3 Months I have done less than 5000km and is was due for a service The mechanic notified me that the spark plugs were all cracked, seal is leaking, thermo housing is cracked and the brake pads at the back have 1mm left. I was encouraged by Kia to get a warranty through M-Sure and prior to the warranty being approved, there was an initial inspection by Kia on all these items.

That said, there is no way this kind of wear and tear can happen in 3 months/5000km. ( i have attached the full service manual and inspection report singed by Kia on page 19 of the bumper to bumper attachment)

All of this said, M-sure have advised that i take the matter up with Kia, however i'm not sure why i am stuck in the middle, i have copied Sean herein. In my opinion somebody needs to take the blame here.

Almost a month later and still no response from Kia Nigel or M-sure!
