M-Sure motor vehicle warranty nightmare

This is really bad to share as I was promised the stars and more when I took out a motor insurance policy on my vehicle Ao the clutch failed, not due to wear and tear but due to the diagfragm. I had to pay an amount of 9500 out of my own pocket just to get mt vehicle back because they took to long to settel the claim. I then app**** for a refund, after days of paperwork sent back and forth the finally received what they said they needed. This was the 18th of November. Remember I pay R300 a month for this policy and had it a really long time now. We are at the 29th of November and stil, nog payment has been made to me. Bit wait, the worst is yet to come, out of the R9500 that the clutch costs they only refund me R3500. Its rediculous even thinking of it. Just knowing that i have oayed every oayment, was assured that I am safe on the road and if anything breaks they have my back. This is not the case. If O havent payed out of my pocked(money that I had to go and loan by the bank) I still wouldnt have my vehicle back because the shop keeps is till its payed in full. I really am dissapointed and hopeless. Im in debt now ant thats exactly the reason I took out my policy, to not have to go that way. Looks like they dont have your back after all
