M-SURE MISLEADING CLIENTS ON BENEFITS

i had taken insurance with this company since i bought my Car in 2017 & when they pitched their policy plan to me i was told i will be covered for Clutch & Shocks to the value of R10 000 but on 05/12/2018 when i made my 1 st claim for a Clutch repair that Hyundai in Midrand did to the car it was rejected by M-Sure ststing that they will not cover my Clutch so in essence i was sold a lie & am busy paying for a f**** which they cannot adhere to when payment must be made....i just wanted to say am Extremely appauled by this & wish no one take insurance with tihs company as they find the smallest excuse to avoid paying.....my total amount that had to be paid was R10638.40 but they refused.

all they could have done was pay the R10 000 & i cover the remaing balance to prove that they are a Honest company that upholds their benefits to clients as they Pitch or Sell to them when they trying to gain business from us.

VERY BAD SERVICE
