M-Sure (Liquid Capital) ******** policy cancellation

Good day I'd like to write a complaint with regards to M-Sure that has cancelled my mother's policy without her knowledge. The car was due for service so she called for authorization to which she was told that the policy had been cancelled. She says she was advised by Nthabiseng that they sent an sms informing her that the policy was cancelled on the 11th of November 2020 however that is not true, the last message she got was on the 27th November 2020 informing her that a double deduction would be made (R560) and on the 28th of November 2020 the amount was indeed deducted and again the normal amounts (R280) the following months thereafter. She has the texts and bank statements that confirm the above. My mother's car is due for service soon and so we ask for your help in solving the matter. My mother's number is *** the policy in question is SAW-***-POL.
