M-SURE & LIQUID CAPITAL DON'T CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY

My vehicle had to be towed on Monday, 8 August 2022 to Autoworks in Milnerton, where it was inspected the vehicle and then reported that the fuel pipe had been damaged recently by the company who serviced the vehicle recently. This company was Car Care Clinic in Stellenbosch. I would like to mention that Car Care Clinic was not my choice of service provider.

I wish to lodge a claim for the cost of R500's worth of diesel which was spilled out on the N2 as a result of this damaged pipe. Fortuitously I was not driving the vehicle on the N2 when it broke down - imagine that disaster as being a female alone on the N2!!! We had to inconvenience friends to tow our vehicle to their home, the cost of their fuel to come and help us PLUS the cost of R350,00 to Uber home to Stellenbosch as a result of not having a vehicle at our disposal.

This was 2 weeks ago - nobody from M-Sure has had the decency to come back to me.
