M-Sure is ************* as a financial service

I would not recommend using M-Sure for any services until they prove that they care about their clients. They are ************* and I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 since I was eventually compensated.

Check my previous reviews on them to get the full details. In summary their claims portal/systems were broken which resulted in me not being able to submit claims on my scratch and dent cover for almost a year. This amounted to R9000 in repairs lost. They completely rejected all my requests to have the claims reapproved and attempted every avenue to reject me.

They tried to claim that they had no errors in their systems and even asked me for proof of my submitting a claim to which I said "Who takes video proof of themself trying to use an online portal that should be working".

They went as far as to blatantly lie to reject my requests. Sipho Tivane, one of their agents, got a few of their agents to state in emails that they tried to make contact with me to finalize the claims I attempted to make during the time their systems were broken. Because I complained through different avenues I ended up getting their complaints department to send me their call records. These records included all calls from M-Sure as well as any calls I would've made to them. They tried to use this as evidence that I never contacted them.

Their call records then revealed the blatant lie that Sipho Tivane orchestrated. M-Sure never attempted to make contact since November 2021, which funny enough was before I first attempted to submit a claim. They eventually caved since they exposed their own lies and broken systems, and all 4 claims were approved for repairs I needed to be done on my car (current claim period + 3 missed periods due to their broken systems).
