M-SURE IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER.

Here's an updated review. M-Sure still has the most terrible services. I've been trying to submit scratch and dent claims since November 2021, I've now managed to submit one in August 2022. They refuse to give me the claim periods that their terrible service has made me miss. I get R3000 every 3 months to fix scratches and dents.

They then provide me 'proof' that I didn't submit claims but in doing so they prove how broken their systems are. Their agents tried to claim that they tried to contact me in regards to submitting a claim, but their proof shows that they've made no phone calls to my or my wife's numbers during periods their agents claim to have phoned us.

They now still refuse to give us the missed claim periods.
