M-sure is the worse insurance company iv ever dealt with

I would not advise anyone to use this warranty or vehicle policy these people are a bunch of ****** taking your money every month but not willing to go the extras mile for there customers. M-sure has been sitting on my claim for 6 months now I have had to pay for stripping my vehicle and now they want me to strip it again to do assessments but when it was stripped the first time there was nothing said. They expected you to be without transportation for a undisclosed period of time with no real interest as to what going on with your vehicle. So I'm stuck fixing my vehicle out of my pocket yet iv been paying them for years monthly without fail. And there stratch and dent repair is nothing to write home about to same attitude and same unhelpful *********** service.

These people forget that we pay there salaries and without us they would not have a job
