M-SURE is the MOST USELESS car insurance, NEVER TO BE TRUSTED!!!

I have a bumper to bumper policy with M-sure. I lodged a claim with them for my car and they referred me to a useless dealer (Car Service City, Table View, Cape Town) that had no clue of what they were doing. Instead of fixing my car they left it worse than it initially was. I reported this issue several times to M-SURE after taking my car back to the same dealer 4 times because the problem had worsened. On the firth time, M-sure suggested that I take my car back to the same dealer so that their inspector could come out for an assessment. My car was at the dealer for over a week without anyone coming out from M-SURE to assist. The dealer instructed me to fetch my car or else they will charge me for storage. I called M-SURE and they advised me to move the car to another dealer, which is also one of their partners. I did that, now that new dealer is stating that the first dealer did not do a thorough job. M-SURE now refuses to investigate the initial issue but they are expecting me to once again pay for the second dealer to inspect the same issue that I paid for when I took my car to their first dealer. The first dealer did a horrible job and a result of that my car became worse due to negligence on their side.

I have been calling M-SURE daily for the past 6 week talking to Sello P, Tshegofatso Thekiso, Kelvin and others and every-time I call I'm told that my claim has been escalated to management, and no one from management has bothered to give me a call.
