M-Sure is pathetic!!

M-Sure is the most pathetic company I have ever come across!! Pls do not take any insurance or gap cover or anything that any dealer offer you from them. They take forever to pay claims and have more excuses than answers. I had a claim and was told over the phone that my vehicle is covered for the problem and I just need to take my vehicle to Toyota and they will pay the claim. I have been without my vehicle for 16 days and still no payment!!!! Now that I insist on waiting for an answer, they simply put down the phone in your ear. I am dependent on my vehicle for an income so I will sue for loss of income. I will also ask to transfer the salaries for Sphiwe and Lerato in the payment department as they don't give a dam - simply puts the phone down. So, M-sure, pls change the message on your holding tone as it is not true - your customers definitely don't get the best service, we get NO service!!!
