M Sure is in the wrong business, they must Learn Customer Service Charter

1.M sure was recommended by liquid capital to provide warranty insurance for my car 2.They loaded duplicate policies and double debited my account on the due date, the debit orders had different policy numbers I cancelled on debit order with the hope that the 2nd one will still go through next month 3. I snt a complaint and only received response after 3weeks, i was asured all was in order after the 3week call and hat i was still insured 4. Next debit order did not go through and my cover was revoked , when I enquired about the non cover i was told i have to sort it out with my bank otherwise I stay uninsured 5. I'm considering reporting this company to the insurance ombudsman for loading 2 policies i did not sign for, the FSC debit order ***** and NCC for not providing the service they advertise to clients, lack of customer service and treating clients like they are just a transaction
