M-SURE is a sphaza & It is a ****

Iyooooh, this is a frustration really. I have been dealing with Msure regarding my vehicle for the past month now, just to get if fixed. we had an agreement that that the vehicle will be by the dealer today 15 December and that their assessor will be there to go assess the vehicle and let me know. I phoned the dealer to check on the status of the vehicle assessment, the assessor has not been there yet. I spoke to Nhlanhla Khuz... at around past 09:00 AM and he asked what time will I be by the dealer & I said in 20 minutes time. It is now 15:00 the assessor has not arrived. According to the dealer the assessor phoned them and he will only be there on Saturday to assess the vehicle. THURSDAY & FRIDAY I wont have transport means because of their inconvenience, I cancelled some of my work stuff so that I can take the vehicle to the dealer only to find out it will be assessed on Saturday. Nhlanhla has phone numbers on his email signature but he cant take calls. I spoke to some Sello Phet... he also does not know how to assist me because Nhlanhla does not take calls.

MSURE is just a ****a shop. Kindly do not do business with them whoever reads this so is their Mother HOLLARD

Hi Nhlanhla,I just spoken with the dealer now, he says he won't be able to assist me with that kind of amount. So tomorrow I will be collecting the car as it is without any help for there fourth time from M-sure.Kindly advise on the way forward. Ever since I took insurance with M-sure, everytime I want to fix my vehicle the amount is too high. Now that everything is alright and the money to fix it is too little.I bet if this was a white owned company like the ones on M-sure list it would have been a different story or the money would have been too much, like when one of those white owned dealers the previous one where I took the vehicle to and he said the vehicle needed a new engine and no assessor was sent there to assess the vehicle. only to find out that from this dealer black owned it was just a crank shaft that broke he fixed that for less than R28000 that was quoted by the white owned dealer.Wait until I take the vehicle to your white recommended dealers and see the quotation. The dealer asked me to go to spare shops and see the prices of these parts excluding labour.M-sure is clearly against Historically Disadvantaged People (SMME). This means someone needs to look into the criteria that you use to choose these dealers and get involved into their forums. This goes deeper than it looks.Thanks for your assistance.
