M sure is a ****

This company is a ****,who are desperate to make money ****ing customers..on 24 July I sent them email requesting to cancel my policy.i got respond via telephone and email promising to look into my matter,few days after fighting with them they Sent me sms confirming that my policy is cancelled.no formal cancellation on my email just short sms..few day after I got their email with welcoming pack. I sent them email again telling them how can they sent me welcoming pack while my policy is being cancelled few day ago,no respond to them.yesterday they deducted my money.i want my money back into my acc within 5 working days.
