M-Sure is a rip-off!

I had a scratch and dent policy with M-Sure, when I claimed they asked me to get quotes and send the pictures of the car which I did , after few days of not getting a response I phoned and I was told to send the documents to another consultant, my policy ended up expiring while still waiting for their reply. I can't complain about their service because there was no service at ALL.
