M-Sure is a **** company that refuses to help unless reported to ombudman

I've been trying to put in a claim under my Renewtech (scratch and dent) policy before the policy ends at the end of December and I see there's another user "JP B" who is having the same issue. I've made 3 attempts using the online claims form to which I was rep**** to once with the agent stating I don't have a policy. When I tried to rebute this I was ignored. I submitted another claim form as well as a contact form to which I was ignored. I need my scratches repaired.

This is not the first time I've receive absolutely terrible service from M-Sure. The last time I was blatantly **** to by agents who claimed that I never picked up the phone when they tried to call but then a different agent ended up showing me phone records to prove that I never phoned them but ended up exposing that they never called me.
