M Sure insurance does not want money....

I tried to get hold of these people, phoning, send emails since the 7th February.

I only need a bank account no, to pay my premium into. Yesterday The 28th I got hold of them, I gave them all my details, After I phoned a second time the send me an sms for a bumper to bumper insurance, while mine is a paint dent scratch insurance. So I made another call, after holding for about half an hour, I young man tried to assist me, but the switchboard transferred me to the wrong person. He apologize for the misunderstanding, and took my details, he told me somebody will come back to me, another day, needless to say, I am still waiting. So don't they need there customers to pay Maybe I will be lucky and maybe somebody will return my call after this review I wonder what will happen when I have a claim
