M-sure incompetence.

Most *********** insurance company ever... Unwilling to py the claim I've been attempting to file. Expects me to leave the vehicle with a panelbeater for the whole process while the problem has already been assessed. I keep getting different answers from different people saying it has to go to vw. While the policy stated it has to be vw approved only. Extremely unhelpful company
