M-sure & Hyundai *********** Customers

I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster and took out extended maintenance warranty with M-Sure last year. My boot lock stopped working and Hyundai confirmed it is an electrical and mechanical fault, According to my policy the cover I have is for mechanical and electrical faults however M-Sure refuses to pay. What is the point of extended warranty if it doesn't cover mechanical failures. I have paid from 2015 for this and even extended after the policy finished. M-Sure your policy clearly states that these parts are covered, yet your call centre agent says it isnt. Also the part is R2500 online however your price is R10000. You are *********** customers. and Hyundai you recommended this service provider for the extended warranty and insist that all services must be done by your dealerships. Very disappointing and misleading.

Still waiting and no response from Msure, they approved only one of the 2 parts needed to fix the lock. I am cancelling the policy because there is no point to a policy that actually doesn't cover electrical and mechanical failures. The supervisor had the audacity to tell me that it isn't a bumper to bumper cover, they just name it that and that its not meant to cover the costs, just to help you out. Msure you are taking installments and ripping customers off
