M SURE FINANCIAL SERVICES - STAY AWAY .SOMETHING FISHY GOING ON!!!!

I renewed my Policy with them however they debited my account 2x , and now I am struggling to get my refund or get confirmation that my account will not be debited for the following month. Its been 26 days after calling numerous times and speaking to different people ( that definitely doesn't seem to know what they are doing.) I have spoken to Tshepo which was unable to give me a reference number on the 31/03/2023. Then I have spoken and emailed: Zelda Kibitoe who is unfortunately not any better. She advised me her manager : Justin Hoffman will be calling me / send an email me to . I ma still waiting its been 7 days. I call back today and speak to Ivan. Once again I am told that he will send an email to ask about the extra money that was debited. This is the worst service i have ever received from any company , promises and promises being made but nothing is being done. STAY AWAY FROM M SURE. THERE IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING FISHY GOING ON THERE.
