M-Sure Financial Services Extended Warranty

I had taken out an extended warranty with M-sure for my vehicle. There was an error on the policy document and it stated that the duration would be for 1200 months. I believe it should have been for 12 months only. They have been debiting me for the last 24-26 months. I called and contacted M-sure to confirm the correct duration. They have not gotten back to me it has been over 2 weeks. When I try to reply to the email I received I get Delivery Status Notification (Failure).
