M-sure financial services are **********. Zero trust rate

M-sure does not care about their clients. It seams that their focal point of their business is fooling as many people as possible to take out policies through misleading information , to then refuse every claim they receve. I am still waiting for a mere call providing feedback since the 9th of March .

All i want are my premiums debited by them back . What i would also like to suggest to all out there is that you completly avoid their scratch and dent policy . I have learned that they limit the claim to R2000.00 per quatre and no this amount does not accumulate per year perhaps to enable you to claim for R8000 within a year .

When doing a qoute ,the guy at the penal beater pointed the smallest scratch advising its more than R5000 making my claim redundant . M sure must prove that they advised of this limiting condition making my claim impossible .

I has not claimed since i got this policy , 5 years ago and i find this out at the point where i need them. They have now debited my premium again after me cancelling it on the 9th of March . Goes to show that they are ********** . Look at how they dont even respond to these complaints . They do not care. I M
