I was promised by one of the female consultants who promised me that she would email me a list of panelbeaters to sort out only a small scratch. It's been 3 weeks now and still no email or follow up. You call claims line, you end up waiting hours with no answer. Please, please don't take cover with m-sure, it is a **** company
