Please be advised that I no longer require the extended warranty plan and I want my money's worth of contributions as I do no longer require the service (as I have traded in the car). Moving forward I would suggest members of the public to not take any of these plans because you will never get your money back ever. They are always so nice and sweet when you take the cover, call you a million times. Once the sale has been made no one cares anymore. The talk about receiving a policy after a period of time of which I didn't receive one with my credentials and to confirm that indeed I have taken the cover. In addition, they claim that I authorised everything verbally therefore they wouldn't be able to provide me with a signed policy. How does that even work... @liquidCapital please investigate this as they call as if they are representing your organisation. I did receive the call recordings I requested, but I am not happy still. I want my money.
