M sure

When M sure consulted me they promised me to sign a 2 years contract with them, they will assist me when it comes to all electronic parts failure. It happened that my car window fails to operate, when I call them I was told it is not covered. I let go of that. Earlier February one of their consultants ask me to renew a contract since it was coming to an end, therefore I told him about the m sure has failed me before. I also address the issue of dysfunctional fan. He then ask my details to check on my contract he then tell me is covered. On the 15th of February I have to take my car for service and explain the problem to the dealer so that they call my warranty which is M sure. They then tell the dealer that fan is not covered. I had to ask myself a question what M sure do they exactly cover and if they are legit. When I consult them they promise to refund me since I fork out the fan repair money from my pocket. I have to collect all required documents and send them. The final answer I received was the fan was not cover so they won't refund me. 2020 my car had a crank sensor problem of which they did not also pay a full amount.
