M Sure extended warranty

I had a first time motor claim ( R36000.00 for a brake system malfunction on a Mercedes GLE )The first engagement with M Sure was pleasant and effective. I requested a copy of the insurance schedule, (which I did not have). Once the claim was lodged, it became clear that I had misinterpreted the policy, as it states a maximum amount ,but at the same time confirms that labour and consequential damage were be covered. The terms are thus totally ambiguous. I was awarded R3500.00 even after the Mercedes dealer had submitted a technical report on the consequential damage The subsequent interaction with Mr Hutton of M Sure was unprofessional, short and dismissive. I have yet to have a response to my question regarding labour and consequential damage
