M Sure Don't Care About You or Your Possessions.
I got Retrenched October 2023, but I do have a policy at M Sure that covers this or supposedly covers this. I Send all documents to M Sure, and my application has been in review since November 2023. Have not payed my car or house for 2 months. I can't get hold of the claims consultant that deals with my case because he is on leave and apparently nobody else can help me.
M Sure Do not care about your situation or if you lose your possessions, all they care about is if they get monthly installment. There service is bad. Don't put yourself in my situation. Stay away.
