M-Sure Disgusting tactics

I bought an Audi Q7 in June, the Audi warranty was about to lapse based on time and not on mileage, so I signed an unlimited after market warranty with M-sure. I got the top of the range warranty that was unlimited. Now my Audi is in for repairs and M-sure has put a limit on how much of the labour they will cover, so basically I will have to pay 50% of the repairs which is R50,000.00. How do you put a limit on a unlimited warranty??????
