M-Sure - disgusting service

I was on my way to my aunt's funeral on Friday 30th Sept 2022. I had a problem with my car gears which didn't want to engage just after passing Humansdorp. I called my insurance and was towed to Humansdorp Hyundai. My car is still under warranty but, I was sent from post to pillar by M-Sure and had to sleep at a B&B in Jeffrey's Bay. I had to take a bus back to Mossel Bay and I never attended the funeral😪. Friday I was given a reference of 650155-C and today another reference of 650233-C. I bet tomorrow I will get a new reference. What a disgusting and an unprofessional service. I won't be surprised if the car can be repaired next year October. I am so angry and frustrated at M-Sure.
