M-Sure Disaster
M-Sure was unable to load my monthly debit order, despite me having provided them with an actual bank confirmation letter. They then proceeded to simply cancel my policy rather than deal with me as client. Completely unacceptable conduct and lack of service. Walk away before they ruin your insurance record.
