M-sure dent/scratch insurance policy
In December 2019, I bought Mazda CX Dynamic, the sale agent recommend me to join Paint-Tech Insurance for scratches and dents in which I did. Fast-forward, on 01 October 2021, I made claim for my front bumper fender in which on 06 October 2021, they wrote that my policy is rejected that my incident is more 15 centimeters. I do not know that I intentional scratch my car and should always think about their confinement. Please cancel your policy with these people, they are just self-centered company pursue profit in all cost. Do not fall in their trap. Be warn.
