M-Sure bad service and ******

I was using Regent's minor dents and scratches policy and for some reason M-sure took over. My policy with regent didnt have any problems as I was claiming for each and every dent/scratch that im having in my car as long as its less than 3000.00. M-Sure took over and I paid for 2 months then I logged a claim for my mag and they rejected it saying that I am a high risk client because they reviewed my old policy with Regent. My question why they deducted the premium while they knew that I am a high risk client. Why the waited for the claim period to see that I am high risk and they even want to cancel my claim.
