M-Sure

Recently took my ford ranger for a service. service centre did all their checks and serviced my bakkie. They informed me that my ball joint rubbers perished and there is a leak on my gear selector. They could have repaired all that in 1 day. However, I had to call M-sure who referred me to their preferred service center which cost me R950 just to confirm what the other service center is true. Booked the bakkie in on Monday morning 07H30. Their preferred service center only sent in the claim the next day and on top of that I must still pay in over R4000 because they only cover R3000. Long story short I'm still without my bakkie and one of the parts will only be arriving Thursday afternoon. Be careful where you purchase your warranty from and read your documents thoroughly
