M-sure

M-sure customer care services are poor and they also are a *******. I called to cancel my policy spoke to a very rude Isaac Thwala who was dismissive and couldn't wait to cut my call before I finished addressing my concerns. He told me I will not be debited after cancelation but a debit order did go through. I got an email from Pearl Lukeru confirming the cancelation. I have emailed her a numerous times regarding the refund or explanation on the debit order after cancelation. She hasn't rep**** to any emails. Called customer care to raise these concerns all they did was refer me to their complains via email. Which I did email and haven't recieved any communication back.
