Liquid Capital misrepresented

CEN***7 policy taken out was suppose to be a Service Maintenance policy with liquid capital. Liquid capital passed this policy over to M_Sure for my vehicle DATSUN GO DP96GDGP. No happy as now they will not change it or refund my money paid. Please assist.
