Laziness is NOT a virtue.
Nothing wrong with the end result, but the journey could be better. I was waiting a full day for authorization, only for the agent to lie to me and say 'I just received your claim and it was approved and I was going to send ot now'. Really.. Laziness is NOT a virtue.
