Lack of communication
I have been fighting an ongoing battle since the 29th March 2021. The communication from M-Sure has been absolutely ridiculous! The amount of emails that has been sent and phonecalls that have been made from my side has been unbelievable. I have not ONCE recieved a response on my emails. I have recieved one phonecall and then the lady had no idea what I was referring to.
M-Sure has also proceeded to deduct 2 months worth of policy money off of my account, due to an ERROR on their side.
TRAIN YOUR STRAFF! Answering an email or a phonecall is not ROCKET SCIENCE
