Insurance claim not settled after a year of lodging a claim

We are pleading for your intervention to assist us so that we can have closure as a family and mourn our brother, a father accordingly.

We lodged a claim last year 12 November 2020.We submitted all documents that were requested form us. i.e Certified Id copies, CLM113 form, CLM103 form, BI1663,Sale agreements ,Letter of executorship and Amortization schedule from finance bank.

Its been more than a year my brother passed on, the executors are unable to finalise the estate due to the only claim outstanding by M-sure. Numerous e-mail were sent to *** where one thing after another was requested and has since been submitted. We have been sent from pillar to post when we try and follow-up after all the information and reports requested were submitted to them. We were advised the matter has been escalated to management. As much as the loss of my brother is painful to us the siblings and his children we are unable to heal due to the pain now caused by M-sure. e.g. email sent to *** response dated 4th October 2021 confirmed 'This matter has been escalated to senior management for review. We will however provide the executor with our full response alternatively further advices within a period of seven (7) days. Please note that we will communicate with the nominated executor in this regard should it be necessary'. Not sure how long is their 7 days we are not in December 2021 and to date there is no progress received by the executors at LEGATUS Trust.
