<p>People be very careful regarding SA warranty policies, they sell a good product on paper only , i have spoken to numerous customer care consultants are they themselves are confused.</p> <p>Once the questions start getting more intrigued, they tend to brush you off. </p> <p>many hidden agendas regarding their 'Bumper 2 Bumper cover " polices. </p>

Just want to give credit where credit is due , I recently had a terrible experience regarding a policy by Sa warranties, my bad experience was posted .
I was then contacted by Charl Kingma the Senior manager , guys the satisfaction I have been trying to get from many consultants I previously spoke to was displayed by Charl, when I put the phone down , I had real peace of mind.
Not every issue one can be certain and content that the person who you speaking to, really understands the crux of your issue, in this case, Charl did .
Forget the service , peace of mind counts highly favourable for me, now my complaint is being handled quite swiftly , and I hope it is resolved soon.
So well done SA warranties for the awesome comeback.
