INCOMPETENCE

I received an sms ref number *** advising me that my claim has been authorized, I Have never claimed from SA Warranties. I went to regent offices yesterday and spoke to a Mr Jason maarman who advised Me that a mistake was on SA Warranties' side but failed to proof that as a Supervisor Mr. Harshad Vallabh who is Completely *********** Refused to Provide me my Clear Profile but was good enough to leave me at the reception instead of letting me in to their offices & was using a Consultant Jason Maarman as a Messenger. Upon receiving the above mentioned s.m.s. I called the call centre and sizwe who is Highly Responsible for this *****ulant Services also told me the same thing, I however i'm not satisfied with this poor reflection of SA Warranties. I demand proof of how and why this happened, My clear profile as it currently indicates that I.'ve made multiple claims, this is clearly a case of ***** on many levels. And what remedial steps will be taken against the guilty party ? Had I Not Called SA Warranties after receiving the above mentioned sms, NOT ONE WOULD HAVE CALLED ME TO SAY THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE. I Demand My Clear Warranty Profile, Since I had NO GOOD RESPONSE THUS FAR!!!
