IM PAYING BUT APPARENTLY NOT ON THE SYSTEM. FOR YEARS ALREADY!!!

I want to claim benefits for not claiming on the scratch and dent policy. I call the claims dept and they can’t find me on the system. Yet I have had a debit order going off my bank account each month for a policy that apparently doesn’t exist or have cover

Then dealing with there online platforms are useless and the call in option not much better. I keep getting cut off.
