I want my stripping cost refund back even though it doesnt amount to the total cost of what I paid yet im busying being turned around
M-sure does not want to refund me my money even after the dealer they provided me with emails them a proof with a stamp saying ive paid cash its been a month now . I was told i have a warranty that can cover certain repairs to the vehicle when the warranty declined the vehicle repairs i accepted then the dear required me to pay the stripping cost so they can release the car ñow I had to pay R1400 for the stripping cost so they can release before i dealer start charging me for storage and now when I claim back the money i paid for the stripping cost msure is busy rounding me for a month now

01 Jun 2021, 10:50Whats to investigate you guys gave me a list of dealers I chose one then they email you my proof of payment then you telling me you not accepting it cause its not a reciept why dont you just follow up with then about why their proof of payement is like that then you just pay me back.The money that you must pay me back doesn't even amount to the total cost I paid for the stripping cost im fed up an tired of you msure people

01 Jun 2021, 11:29Leigh they said unfortunately they can not pay me back because the dealer i got from you guys used an invoice and stamped it to show i had paid the stripping cost in cash (the dealer even took the time to email Wesley that proof of payment) so my question is now you declined me on the warranty and you never even asked the dealer how much is the stripping cost i had to pay before i started being charged for storage cause you dont even cover payment for storage now i paid the stripping cost to relieve myself for paying the storage cost now im giving you the payment proof and the dealer is also giving you the proof im told i cannot be paid .since i got this dealer from you guys why dont you question them about how they do their reciepts and proof of payments and just pay me back my money thats all i ask
