I have been with them for two years and just renewed again but my power steering failed due to a O-ring thaty popped and they rejected the claim saying it is not covered

I have been with them for two years and just renewed again but my power steering failed due to a O-ring thaty popped and they rejected the claim saying it is not covered. When *****ing it I was told by the operator it is my responsibility to check my O-rings etc. Are you crazy. You are only taking money and will not pay for a claim. Drive it until the power steering pump breaks and you will pay but when I try to limit the damage you do not pay. I tried to cancel my policy and they are very happy to do it but cannot find someone to do it. Management is also absent. M-sure never again. This is not insurance it is *****ing.
